采用美国进口90克乳胶纸作为底纸,先将经过特殊热处理的欧洲粒度标准氧化铝磨料，采用疏植砂工艺涂附在强度高，超强且真有柔性的B重纸上，然后加涂特殊的硬脂酸盐涂层，不染色硬脂酸盐(防堵塞)涂层。
可有效地防止砂面堵塞，经过热处理的磨料异常锋利且耐磨，磨削率达30%-50%，同时减少打磨时工件表面产生的热量，从而延长产品的寿命。
欧洲粒度标准的磨料提高了打磨效果的一致性，使工件表面光洁度更好，独有的香槟色纸基不易被染色和褪色。该产品回转背绒砂纸、不干胶砂纸，质量保证。

Product characteristics
The unique process of Noshield and NORDUN A275 products is the latest developed anti-clogging supercoating.
Using 90 grams of latex paper imported from the United States as base paper, the European standard alumina abrasive with special heat treatment was first coated on B heavy paper with high strength, super strength and real flexibility by sparse sand process. Then a special stearate coating was added, and the non-stained stearate (anti-clogging) coating was added.
It can effectively prevent the blockage of sand surface. The abrasive after heat treatment is abnormally sharp and wear-resistant, and the grinding rate reaches 30%-50%. At the same time, it can reduce the heat generated on the surface of the workpiece during grinding, thus prolonging the life of the product.
The abrasives of European particle size standard improve the consistency of grinding effect, make the surface of workpiece smoother, and the unique champagne paper base is not easy to be dyed and faded. This product is made of rotary back velvet sandpaper and self-adhesive sandpaper with quality assurance.
